Information on personal data processing

In accordance with articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, we inform you that personal data you have provided or will provide will be processed in compliance with the current legislation and according the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, minimization of data, accuracy, limitation of conservation, integrity, confidentiality and responsibility.

The Company is the Data Controller of the personal data collected on this website.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA ABOUT YOU CAN BE COLLECTED

The following categories of personal data concerning you, may be collected:

– Contact details– name, surname, telephone number, email address.

Personal data provided by users when filling in the information request form belong to the category of common data, and do not include sensitive, health, genetic, biometric data, judicial, or data referred to in art. 9 and 10 of the EU Regulation n. 2016/679, since the processing of these last categories of data is not necessary for the pursuit of the purposes pursued by the Data Controller.

In any case, only personal data strictly necessary for the pursuit of specific and legitimate purposes, in respect of which the processing will always be relevant and never excessive, will be processed.

HOW WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The Company collects and processes your personal data in the following circumstances:

– if you request quotation of the service to be provided on the website for example by filling in a special quote request form, or by entering data in our website;

– if you request quotation of the service to be provided by email.

If you provide personal data on behalf of someone else you must make sure, in advance, that the data subjects have read this Privacy Policy.

FOR WHAT PURPOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA MAY BE USED

  1. a) Processing quotation of the service to be provided by corporate entities present in Roberto Bucci S.p.A.;

The Company may process your contact details for the purposes of the possible establishment and execution of the contractual relations, the provision of the services requested and the feedback to reports and complaints.

The Company may also use your contact details, and in particular your email, to provide you with information about the service.

Prerequisite for processing: consent.

Consent may be revoked at any time.

  1. b) Marketing to meet your needs and to provide you with promotional offers also in line with your preferences.

The Company may process your Contact Data for marketing purposes, using automated contact modes (email, text messages and other mass messaging tools, push notifications, etc.) and traditional contact methods (for example, telephone call with operator) or for market research and statistical surveys.

The consent to the processing of personal data, where requested, is given by the interested party through the selection of the appropriate fields on the data collection form within section” request a quote”.

HOW WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA SECURE

The Company uses all the security measures necessary to improve the protection and maintenance of the security, integrity and accessibility of your personal data.

All your personal data is stored on our secure servers (or in properly stored paper mode), and is accessible and usable according to our standards and security policies.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

We store your personal data only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or for any other legitimate purposes connected. Therefore, if personal data are processed for two different purposes, we will retain such data until the purpose ceases with the longer term, However, we will no longer process personal data for the purpose for which the retention period has expired.

We restrict access to your personal data only to those who need to use it for relevant purposes.

Your personal data that is no longer required, or for which there is no longer a legal basis for its preservation, is irreversibly anonymized (and thus can be stored) or safely destroyed.

In the event of disputes: in the event that we are defending or acting or even making claims against you or third parties, we may retain the personal data that we consider reasonably necessary to process for such purposes, for as long as this claim can be pursued.

WITH WHOM WE CAN SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

In compliance with current privacy law, the personal data of the user may be disclosed to third parties to whom the communication is necessary for the purpose of pursuing the purpose referred to in point a), without the need for separate consent.

According to’ art. 13 letter c) of EU Regulation No. 216/679, it is specified that the Customer’s personal data may be communicated to the following categories:

– the employees and employees of the Data Controller, appointed as Data Controllers and specifically instructed in accordance with art. 29 of the EU Regulation n. 2016/679;

– the controller i.e. the data protection officer;

– public authority or any other third party if required by law;

– third parties for the sole purpose of satisfying the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in the protection of his rights.

The Data Controller will not communicate the user’s data to third parties for the purpose of pursuing the purpose referred to in b).

YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS AND YOUR RIGHT TO COMPLAIN TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

Under certain conditions you have the right to ask the Company:

– access to your personal data,

– a copy of the personal data which you have supplied,

– correction of the data in our possession,

– deletion of any data for which we no longer have any legal basis for processing,

– opposition to processing where provided for in the applicable legislation

– withdrawal of your consent, if the processing is based on consent;

– the limitation of the way in which we process your personal data, within the limits provided by the law on the protection of personal data.

The exercise of these rights is subject to certain exceptions aimed at safeguarding the public interest (for example the prevention or identification of crimes) and our interests (for example the maintenance of professional secrecy). If you exercise any of the above rights, it will be our responsibility to verify that you are entitled to exercise them and we will give you feedback, as a rule, within one month.
